Beach condo vacation rentals in Ormond Beach

Nice room with a beautiful view to the beach. Place was very convenient as there's a fairly priced Tiki bar downstairs just steps from the beach. We had our hot water not heating up enough and the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Barry was a gracious and generous host. Very responsive and helpful. His rental was actually better than described.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Thank you so much.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

I truly appreciated how responsive and accommodating you were—every time I had a question, you got back to me so quickly. Our stay was comfortable and seamless, and we had a wonderful trip thanks to your hospitality. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Katie's unit in Pirates Cove is just like the pictures and description. Pirates Cove got hit pretty hard by Hirricane Milton and is still going through some repairs so the building itself looks like it is in disrepair but it's just in the middle of getting it's face-lift. The location is great if you want to walk to some of the local restaurants or want a quick drive over one of the main bridges to get you into the beautiful town area with local shops and eateries. The until itself was a good size for the two of us and the communication with Katie's property managers was superb,very quick to respond and offered some great suggestions. My hubby loved the shower, we took advantage of the double balconies to do our morning time with Lord separately and the dual a/c units made it great for us to climate control the areas we were in. The balcony closest to the beach made people and wave watching easy. We enjoyed our stay and the condo has a great home feel.

What a lovely place for my family and I to stay! It was only a few blocks to the beach . And only a short drive to restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Marianela was very accommodating and had everything we could have needed. She was super helpful with local recommendations. The beach is across the street and she had plenty of beach chairs, coolers and a wagon to transport it. Everything was super clean and she had a washing machine for us to wash our beach towels. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Second time staying at this unit, and despite the weather making the beach a little chilly, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely pay attention where you're stepping-- the "Beware of Snakes" signs on the lawn are there for a reason. The hurricane probably displaced a few from their normal homes, but there was a tiny rattlesnake on the walkway our first day, so be especially careful if you're got your fur babies with you.

Great place to stay with lots to do within walking distance. Beautiful beach only a short walk as well as restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, etc. Narelle was very quick to respond and helpful, answering all questions. The condo was perfect for my group of 3 and we all felt like home there. Would definitely recommend staying there!

This owner went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The location was fantastic and the condo was just as pictured. She had everything you needed and things you didn't even think about. Everyone was impressed. The accommodations were above and beyond. Its located right in the middle of everything and the view was amazing. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other or enough space to be alone at times. The only negative was the balcony is open to the next one so not really private but nothing that owners could do about that. The unit was everything we expected and so much more.

5/5 Stars! We booked this oceanfront condo last minute for a birthday celebration and it was absolutely perfect! The weather was beautiful all weekend, and the view from the condo was breathtaking — nothing beats sipping coffee while listening to the ocean in the morning. The location was super convenient — just minutes from great food and fun activities. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Tip: bring your own beach towels, as those aren’t provided! We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Scott’s communication throughout the stay was great! Room was exactly as pictured and described. The resort has wonderful and very polite staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Daytona.

Joe & Mandy's place was great. The listing was just as pictured. They had everything we needed in the condo from extra bedding and pillows, coffee makers, dishes, beach chairs and items. The only thing I would point out for Guests is that the sleeper sofa isn't your traditional pull out sleeper sofa. You have to pull those Cubed/sections of the sofa together to make it a "queen" sleeper sofa. We thought we could get 4 teenagers on there but we really could only get 2 but we made it work. The location is perfect. you can pretty much park and never have to drive again until you leave. Everything you need is in walking distance.

This condo was perfect for our needs. The parking was a little tight at the end of the week but the staff in the building was helpful and we didn’t have any issues. I would definitely book again next year. Thanks!

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

I could write a novel about how amazing Melanie’s condo is! We felt like this was a home away from home! The view is out of this world and the beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was spotless. If you can think of it Melanie had it. Everything from beach towels to spices for cooking steak to detergent to sunscreen. It was quiet and felt very safe. My kids loved waking up to the views of the sunrise every morning and they are already asking when we can go back! All of the residents in the building were incredibly friendly to us and we felt very welcome :)
