Our house is located between the town hall and the church of Rémalard, in the heart of Perche. All the shops in the village are within walking distance. Built in 1850, it was renovated in 2022. It now has all modern comforts while maintaining its antique character. The garden is to the south, bathed in light and quiet on the park side. The 3 double bedrooms are upstairs. The 2 bathrooms are distributed between the ground floor and the 1st floor. Free street parking is available.

The gite is exclusive on Airbnb. In an old farmhouse, the cottage is a place totally open to the countryside without any neighbours. With 140 m² of living room-pool, the cottage is ideal for evenings with friends. Youth groups are welcome. Children have an outdoor above-ground pool under the immediate supervision of parents. Unheated pool from October to March.
