Lovely and spacious country house in the picturesque fishing village of Grebbestad on the west coast of Sweden. Sea view, two large terassases & a large lawn for recreation and play. Close to the sea (400 m) with jetty and small beach. Beautiful surroundings. 5 min by car to the village (25 min walk) with several nice restaurants. The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest. It starts behind the stable There are beds for 12 guests. Bed linnen are included.

Only 10 min from the city centre you can find Bygdøy , a half island surrounded by beaches and Forrest. Our house has an open plan With adjoined kitchen , dining room and living room . On the second floor are 3 bedrooms one master one twin and a single. There is also a large bathroom. In the basement is a home cinema and bedroom. Where A comfortable double bed is placed behind a large sofa. Another good sized bathroom with a washer and dryer is also on this floor.
