The house was a 2+1 apartment as in the photo, with a WC/bathroom in each bedroom. The rooms are spacious. There was no carpet in the house, it can be added. Located in Old Bursa. Historical bazaars. There is a tram right at the end of the street. The house was clean, the bathrooms were washed, dusted. Most things have been considered. There were items in the kitchen to meet the needs. However, there was wear on the pans and they can be replaced. In terms of lack, a teapot, tea, sugar, and especially a small amount of oil can be added. Maybe they could have helped if I wanted to, but I took care of it myself. The towels are thinned since they are frequently washed, they can be replaced with new ones (we brought our own towel.) But it was clean. It smelled clean. The number of single seats is sufficient, but 2-3 chairs could be added to the kitchen table. There was a shared laundry room on the floor where I stayed. We used it for free. It is a quiet place in terms of location. Not all apartments were occupied. An informative message was sent before check-in. I stayed for 2 nights, it is very clean and has a great parking lot in terms of location, comfortable entry and exit with the private garage key, the advantage is that the beds only felt a little uncomfortable and they do not provide shampoo and shower gel, I recommend bringing it with you

We had a great stay at Ali Bera’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean — truly one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in — and very well-organized. It felt like a home away from home. The location is peaceful and the surroundings are lovely, perfect for a quiet getaway. Do note that the road leading to the property can feel a bit sketchy at night, though it’s still drivable. Also, there are no supermarkets, pharmacies, or shops nearby, so it’s best to come prepared. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a cozy and spotless space!
