You will live in a 95 sqm wooden house with individual façade design and many small artistic and creative details - completed in July 2019 - with wooden floors and some with clay walls that ensure a pleasant indoor climate It is a pet-free and smoke-free house - it is allergy-free, the accommodation is located in a holiday home settlement. It has a garden with a rounded south-facing terrace. Space on the comfortable patio furniture, a parasol and a BBQ. There are 8 sleeping options in the house - they can choose their bed. It has 2 bedrooms and an open sleeping place under the roof with a large window to watch the starry sky - accessible to the brave and teenagers via a ladder. The bathroom with shower, stone sink, and bathtub included in mosaic tiles, lies the bedrooms. On the ground floor is a large living area with a handmade kitchen, a dining table and a living area (sofa bed) to relax. In the hallway you will find a guest toilet and stone sink under the stairs. NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the Prinzipalmarkt. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

The kitchen is stocked with food and well-equipped. Attention: The bed is a 180m waterbed of 180m 😊 Since the apartment is used by me as a secondary apartment, there are also personal items of mine. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
