Our second stay at Joaquim's Apartment, and we continue to have nothing but compliments! The house is extremely clean and cozy, containing all the utensils you need… super spacious and accessible parking space! Host with easy access to communication, and a lot of nice people. We recommend it without a doubt, we will definitely be back!

Spectacular apartment, airy, clean, tidy, a wonderful balcony. Very central top location... we put the car in the garage without having to worry about taking it off for anything... because it's all close... shops, bakeries, markets, pharmacy... all on hand! Renato an amazing person, attentive, friendly always willing to help us, nice people.... The apartment is worth it in every way. Congratulations Renato for all the dedication because it transforms the rest... makes everything much more pleasant!!!

We were greeted with an amazing chocolate cake! Made at home. The apartment has a privileged sea view, all of high standards for demanding people! I'll be back without a doubt ! The always easy to communicate host responds quickly .

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

This is a great accommodation for those who go with children. We had an excellent experience with the condominium, with several options of activities, even in the winter. The hostess is an excellent person, always attentive and willing to assist. We definitely intend to return to another opportunity we have. Our gratitude to the host for the host!

The host Jorge is very attentive and helpful. Responds quickly to questions. The house is quite spacious and has served our family well. 9 adults (1s) and 3 children. It has all utensils to meet everyone's demand. The location is great. Near the beach (5 short areas), close to the market, butchery and bakery. In the front of the residence there is a beautiful lake that is quite moving (people walking, fishing and taking chimarrão), but that does not interfere and does not interfere with people's stay in the house at all. Internet and TV running well. The pool area is great. We used this space little because the climate was cold (end of April) and the heating is solar and it did not warm enough. Negative points: Upon arriving at the house the floor was sticky and there was a smell of mold because the house was probably closed for a long time. Quick cleaning was required.

Casa is exactly the same as in the pictures, perfect for peeling in family or friends. The fact that it has 5 suites and still has extra single mattresses for the children is perfect, very well distributed and each couple/family with their privacy. The house's social area is very cozy. The condominium structure is wonderful. Letícia has always been present assisting us with agility. In new opportunities we are sure to return.

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it. Great location, new and modern building, the only thing missing is an air conditioner. Grand hosts, there was a delay in check-in, but promptly offered to resolve the situation and offered me another apartment to stay, until mine is available

Dona Vera was an excellent host, mainly because of her attitude towards a problem we had. We arrived at 3 p.m. and needed to anticipate the return due to a serious case of illness in the family.
