The fully equipped kitchenette, the pellet stove for cozy moments, and the air conditioning for warm days ensure the utmost comfort. The paved outdoor area with a terrace is perfect for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings.

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.
