Enjoy the peace and nature of Bornholm in this spacious house with room for the family. The house is located on the outskirts of Østerlars and there is walking/biking distance to Stavehøl waterfall. The home: the house has 2 bedrooms, but there is also a bed and sofa bed in the living room. So there are a total of 6 sleeping places. There is a laundry room, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. From the dining area in the living room you can both look out on fields and Østerlar's round church or out on the large plot with fruit trees in the backyard.

Balkahytten is located 150 meters from Bornholm's finest beach: Balka Strand with the most beautiful morning sun. Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

All kitchen facilities are present, so you can make fantastic food for all your guests. Newly furnished with 3 new double beds and 1 new sofa bed. Wood stove for heating, if you want extra coziness, and or supplement with electric panels and heat pump. Functional bathroom with shower. Lovely garden for fun and play

Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus auf unserem Biohof Grydehøj. Wunderschöne, ruhige ländliche Umgebung, direkt am Fahrradweg gelegen (Almindingen-Gudhjem). Wir haben 5 Isländerpferde, Kuh Karla und ihr Kalb und Katzen, die alle den Umgang mit Kindern gewöhnt sind. Unsere Hühner legen jeden Tag frische Eier für unsere Gäste. Neben dem Ferienhaus vermieten wir unseren gemütlichen Zugwagen. Möchte man ein extra Zelt aufstellen, kann man dies auf unserem kleinen Naturcampingplatz tun.

I det skønne "Gule Hus" finder I et moderniseret sommerhus med charme, pejs, åbent køkken, orangeri, grill, terrasse, karnap med udsigt over vandet og kun 400 meter til en badestrand. Huset er udstyret med en terrasse, hvor man kan sidde og nyde sin kaffe eller mad i solen. Der er to værelser med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, samt cykler til fri afbenyttelse.
