The house is 72 m2 with large terrace and barbecue and beautiful forest views. Two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom. Fireplace. Detached guest house with one room about 20m2 with 140 cm bed (May-Sept).

Vargskär is located on Gräsö's eastern side and from here you can go directly out to the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is located near the lake with beautiful views of the fjord. To the swimming jetty and boat, it is just over 300 meters. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and a total of 8 beds. Winterized and can be used all year round.

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You will have access to two patios, one of which is south-facing. Outdoor grill is available. In the immediate area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, rocks, and beach. The beach is child-friendly and is a 3-minute walk from the house. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Herrgård with a nice Inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th century Manor. And air heat pump Bus station is 300 meters from the property, distance to the city center and harbor about 500 meters.
