At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then we have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and relaxing. We have done away with televisions and invite you to come to yourself: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe deeply and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

Terrace and seating in the garden. Close to Neustadt i.H. and Grömitz. Only 3 km to the beach. Leisure activities in Lübecker Bay and Holstein Switzerland.

Kavalierhaus Gut Güldenstein - up to 19 people

The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with a pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs there are 7 double rooms and 1 single room, as well as 4 bathrooms.

The Honeymoon is located on the western outskirts of Warnkenhagen, 1 km from the Baltic Sea. We have been developing a 6-hectare property with flowers, fruits, vegetables, ponds and vacation homes for 10 years. The way to the beach goes through fields and a small forest. Then you come to the beautiful natural beach at Lübeck Bay. Our guest can also use the sauna and the garden and also our covered barbecue terrace with fireplace. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

The Gatehouse (Torhaus) in Kletkamp was built in 1775 and, along with the many other gatehouses in Schleswig-Holstein, is one of the most beautiful in the country. In addition to the generous living space of 200 m², the half of the house on the waterfront offers a wonderful view of the oldest manor house in the country. The nearest beach is only 11 km from the accommodation and offers bathing fun as well as cozy restaurants with Nordic dishes.
