It is located on a very quiet residential street in Sasel, yet it is centrally located, combining quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a big city. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Saseler Markt and the attractive Alstertale shopping centre. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (with space for 2 more cars behind if needed)

The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

Our "Luxus Landhaus Friederike" is located between the golf course and the Baltic Sea directly on the Hohwachter Buchenwald. The house is lovingly, colorful and exclusively furnished. You also have direct access to the garden from the sauna and the lower bedroom. From the east balcony you can look into the forest life, see deer, foxes, hear fish herons fight for their nest and can follow the train of wild birds.
