Very bright, cosy and comfortable apartment with creative craft decorations that reminds flavour vintage/retro'. The apartment has also a very large terrace with a green park view where you can enjoy some quiet relaxed time. The apartment can host 4 to 6 people at the same time. It is located in the heart of Ostia, which is situated 5 minutes to the metro station and to the sea side but at the same time 30 minutes from the Colosseum in Rome city centre. Airport shuttle available if requested.

They even accommodated space for our luggage before the time that was allowed for check in because we had a scheduled tour for the Vatican very early. When we returned to the space later in the day, the luggage was safely found in the flat. It was very nice to find everything back in there after the long day. The place was very clean and better than expected. Would recommend this place and use it again if and when I’m back in the area.”

What guests are saying:“A wonderfully spacious room with air conditioning. The bed sleeps divinely and is made up every day. You have a large private balcony and you share the bathroom with three other rooms. The breakfast every morning was good, coffee & tea, a croissant, toast and cornflakes. We were taken to the airport by the owners in the middle of the night. We cannot thank them enough, very nice experience !! Keep in mind city taxes, these are € 3.50 per person per night and the fact that you are not allowed to cook in the kitchen yourself.”

What guests are saying:“Staying with Francesco was such a great experience! I stayed here when I had a 26 hour layover in Rome. The bus ride to and from the airport (FCO) was nice and short. I did get lost on the way there, but that was my own fault for not learning passable Italian before my trip - the bus driver didn’t speak English. Francesco was a super gracious host, very thoughtful, was incredibly helpful when I asked for assistance and gave me space when I slept for 12 hours after my flight. The apartment is gorgeous and frankly the value is greater than described. He gave great directions around the area, good recommendations for where to find a bank/ATM and food, and even walked me to the bus stop the morning I left with very thorough instructions on how to get to the airport. If I ever find myself in the area again I will definitely stay with him a second time! Highly recommend.”
