The apartment is located a short distance from the centre of Ostrava, in a quiet and safe location – right next to the police station Nearby you will find a park, a river, the Ostrava ZOO (about 6 minutes by car) or the new town hall, and in about 7 minutes you are on the highway. Ideal place to relax and explore the city. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator, in a building that is still waiting for reconstruction - but the apartment itself is completely renovated and modernly equipped.

A dishwasher in the kitchen, a TV, and a comfy bed will be waiting for you during your visit to Ostrava, whether it's for work or fun. The apartment is close to Stodolní street and only a few stops from the largest shopping center Forum Nová Karolína. Beautiful Comenius Gardens can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and you will see Ostrava as a green modern city. I'd love for you to be my guests :)

Modern furnished spacious apartment with a separate bedroom - where the bed can be 1x double or, if desired, it can be separated and have 2 x single beds. The apartment is fully equipped to your full satisfaction and is also suitable for long-term stays. You can also use the seating in the garden in the yard, which is shared.

From this cozy little apartment, the city is within reach, as well as the highway or zoo.

Slunný prostorný byt 2+KK je situován v klidné a bezpečné části staré historické zástavby, v Ostravě-Porubě. V blízkosti se nachází Fakultní nemocnice a Technická univerzita. Byt je situován nedaleko sjezdu z dálnice D1, nádraží Ostrava – Svinov, tramvajová zastávka je od bytu cca 50m, v blízkosti jsou také autobusové zastávky. Byt se nachází v prvním zvýšeném podlaží. Restaurace, hospůdky, obchůdky (lékárna, potraviny, masna, drogerie), kavárny i řecká taverna jsou v nedaleké blízkosti.
