Cabin vacation rentals in Ostre Toten

We had a lovely stay. Marianne and Morten were very quick to respond to questions. A beautiful cabin which is equipped with everything, we'd love to come back! :)

We had a great stay at the cabin 😀 peaceful and quiet and really nice with all the animals. We were very lucky with the weather,so we enjoyed the sun on the nice terrace and enjoyed the jaccuzi in the evening 😀 Great with a description of what was at the cabin,so we didn't have to bring unnecessary things with us. Somewhere we want to return to 😀

Very cozy cabin, as central as you get on Budor. The squirrels living on the property added the icing on your stay. The host, Nina, was easy and quick to communicate with. Since we brought a baby, it was a bit cumbersome that you had to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom and bedroom 2. Otherwise, everything was great.

The listing is as described, the lake view is amazing, and Tone was super responsive to requests. Don't hesitate!!

Cozy cabin right on the lake with oven, well equipped kitchen, wonderful view directly of the lake from the sitting area. Not to forget the highlight right in front of the cabin: the hotpot we had to fire for over a few hours until it was hot enough, which was a bit of work but also a real experience! We arrived with the public. Here it is good to know that there are only about 3 buses a day and you are therefore quite limited with excursions.

Overall a great stay, just what we were looking for :)

We had a very nice trip to Budor and Hilde's cabin. There were 7 of us and experienced the cabin as spacious with a living room both upstairs and downstairs, plenty of beds and very much liked that there were two bathrooms. We were pretty much gathered around the dining table all together either for a meal or game night. Perfect for us. The cabin is new, modern and has everything you need of equipment. Short distance to trails or hiking. Happy to come to Budor again.

It is always nice to come to this cabin. Hosts Steinar and Heidi are very easy to get in touch with. Always friendly and helpful. Feel at home easily here at this cabin. Right in the middle of skiing and hiking in the field.

Oh, how comfortable we felt in the cabin by the lake. Everything was neat, clean and lovingly furnished. We had a great encounter with a moose at the house. We could also see the northern lights. It was so great and we will be happy to come back 😊

Beautiful cabin in the woods. Really private and everything there you need to feel comfortable whilst also feeling like you’ve stepped back in time. We stayed in April and slept really well - but it was definitely worth wrapping up warm for the night. The outhouse was really clean and the space was beautifully decorated. Would definitely come back!

Very nice place, cozy. We felt at home here. Walking distance to the center of Hamar, in nice weather. We would be happy to come back here, in the future.

Nice cabin with everything needed. Somewhat steep stairs - perhaps not very kid friendly, but nothing bad happened with our kids, so it's all good.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this cabin as a family of 5 and could happily have stayed for longer still. The view out onto the lake is truly fantastic and seemed to get better each morning we woke up to it! The property is finished to a high standard and is at least as good as the pictures, if not better - very warm inside too; and it otherwise had everything we needed. The place is quite remote but the local grocery delivery service to your door works really well - thanks to the hosts for flagging it! - and there are beautiful walks into surrounding hills and forests right where you are. Jacuzzi and sauna both worked very well so you have that mini spa experience on site too. We will genuinely consider a return trip some time and will recommend to friends and family too.

The cabin is large as a house, cozy and conveniently decorated. Location is good for cross country skiing. Dirty covers, etc., and large lavo with barbecue is within walking distance. It was unfortunately very foggy this weekend. We have been to Budor before. Great place.

A clean, tidy and lovingly furnished cottage and terrace. what a quiet and tranquility. Really everything is thought of to make your stay enjoyable. after we lost our way, Roger and his wife came to us by car and stayed with us in the area until we arrived at the cottage. What a service. So incredibly sweet.

Cosy old fashioned cabin in the countryside. Host had lit the fireplace and received us on arrival giving all necessary instructions. Dogs were allowed and given access to a fenced dog park on the property where they could run and play freely 😃 Can absolutely recommend this place❤️

We spend werkend here,everything was perfect. House looks like new build,inside everything looks very nice. Beds are very comfortable,big living room with huge windows to see nice view. Also it was very nice to use sauna. Kitchen with full equipment and big dinning table.I would say its great place to stay. Host is very nice to cominicate,give advice how to come and everything what we need to know. 100% recomendation from us.

Visited the cabin for the second year in a row when the family appreciated it so much after the first visit that they wanted to go there again this year. Everything you need for a large family is available and of high standards and is well-maintained. The proximity to lots of tracks for cross country skiing and slopes for slalom is perfect!
