Please Note that although we have a kitchenette it is not a full kitchen for cooking evening meals, there is no laundry. We provide tea, coffee & milk but not breakfast.

Relax and unwind in our spacious garden apartment. Peaceful and private, set in a mature garden, just a 5 minute drive to Wanaka town centre. The apartment is within the boundary of the main house however is completely stand alone and has it's own entrance. NOTE: There are steps to access apartment NO COOKING FACILITIES IN ROOM. NOTE: To gain access to the property thru gate, you need to be able to receive SMS messages and call within NZ Tea ,coffee making facilities only.

Upstairs is another bedroom with a double bed and fully equipped birch clad kitchen, separate dining room and lounge area. The building is on the waterfront and also handy to the CBD, Hospital, University, railway station and cycleway.There is a restaurant right across the road.

The Loft is a stand alone unit above the carport. It has a Queen size bed and a sofa bed the can sleep an additional two people. The bathroom has a spacious shower with a good hot water supply. The Loft has a good WiFi connection and a TV with all the Freeview channels. The ingredients for a rich continental breakfast will be delivered to you which you can prepare in the kitchenette and enjoy at your leisure.
