beautiful rental, comfortable, nicely decorated and very well-equipped (children's games, hammocks, mask and snorkel). The loan of bikes is really a plus. iris is good advice and responsive.

Very nice and pleasant host. Very available and responsive. The space is impeccable. Clean, well-equipped, functional. Our family had a great time here. Laundry area great because XXL washing machine and super large laundry line on sheltered terrace to spread everything out. Awesome. We recommend it without a second thought!

Juan Carlos the caretaker was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help with every question we had from restaurant recommendations to tours. Manik place was private and amenities were great! Next time we would love to stay longer time. The private lagoon access made it so much more than we expected. Overall 5 star from us and also wanted to mention this place came highly recommended by friends and family that had stayed here previously! Can’t wait to be back!

I really liked Emma's apartment because of the coziness. You can see the attention to detail to make the guest feel comfortable. It has the basic tools to cook, plus they provide water, salt, sugar, cooking oil, bean coffee; which doesn't happen in many accommodations. I also liked that it has a private garage and pool. The downside is that it is far from the village and shops. If you're going by car, it's no problem as it's 10 minutes to downtown by car.

Casa del Viento was perfect for us and our two dogs. The garden area is completely secure and beautiful. You can see the care that has been put into the planning not only the garden but also the house and common areas. The rooftop area was a wonderful place to enjoy the night sky. The entire place was clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen sufficient for our needs. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us being there and Vanesa was a fountain of knowledge of the local area. We enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend their place.

Nice 3 story condo complex with a pool to cool off. About 15 minute walk to town or 15 to 40 peso taxi ride. There is a more secluded beach access for 10 pesos at the bottom of the hill. Had the privilege of watching a baptism ceremony there. Good restaurants in the same area.

Lovely apartment close to town centre and lagoon. Free parking if you have a car. Lovely pool. The apartment was very clean, well supplied and hosts were very responsive.

I went for work and although I didn't spend so much time in the place the short time I was quite nice, comfortable and quiet. I slept like a trunk, felt more comfortable and cool in this place than a hotel in the downtown area. Thank you!

The place was very clean with several amenities that made our stay easier. Nicole is very proactive and responds very quickly to our questions. The site is very enchanting, well maintained and quiet. The pool was very much appreciated and even though there are 6 condos on the site, we were practically always alone. We enjoyed the moments where we were able to go for apnea as there is a beautiful diversity of aquatic wildlife. Unfortunately we couldn't do much of it as it was windy during our stay. Even though there are several cruise ships in Mahahual, it was not disturbing, they are scattering around the area. Despite this we had a great trip, the Mexicans smiling, courteous.

Would stay here again in a heart beat! The staff is outstanding. They are accommodating and friendly. My husband found the bed a bit too hard and voila, a mattress topper was produced. I asked about places for public access to swim in the lagoon and a list of access points was sent immediately along with a map. They really want you to have a great stay! The unit (the Bamboo Suite) is exactly as shown in the photos . . . close to the lovely pool area and with its own private patio. It was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Super close to everything, we parked the car and didn't need it. A great find and it was exactly what we were looking for, it is an Oasis indeed.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, it meets everything described, her host is very attentive, she is attentive to what one can occupy, responds quickly, and it is very nice, the accommodation is very well located, from the docks that give access to the lagoon, downtown, as well as restaurants, shops and taxi service, I will definitely return again, excellent place.
