The photos fail to describe the wonderful of the place. The view from the terrace is another level of beauty. We hit a full moon and you can't imagine that view and the awesome sunrise. Muuuy beautiful apartments, impeccably decorated, with everything to spend a few very relaxed days, a few steps from the lagoon, in one of the quietest and most beautiful areas of Bacalar. Paola was always attentive and very attentive to all requests and questions we asked her. I would come back without hesitation!!!

Excellent place to stay, quite spacious bedrooms, illuminated and clean; kitchen with utensil and necessities; bad point, only one bathroom, total capacity is for 6p so it is insufficient. Alberca with very enjoyable water, everything in optimal condition.

King size bed! Great use of the available space. Quiet area even though it is right on the beach, with restaurants and bars very close by. Julieta and Martin made sure that we had very fast internet service, great for a longer stay. Any problems were quickly resolved.

The apartment is incredibly beautiful. The view of the sea is an absolute highlight. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the pictures. The beach is right in front of the house, 20 meters to walk, with loungers and palm trees offer the shade, you can snorkel right there and the operators do everything to remove the seagrass at the present time. We loved it and would come back. Ricardo and the co-hosts were very friendly and easy to reach at any time.

Aurora was very attentive to everything we needed, and always attended to us in a timely manner. The little house is cute and comfortable. The pool being in front of the other house, it can't really be used if the big house has guests (it feels a little uncomfortable), but we were able to enjoy it when they weren't. Our stay was very pleasant, and Aurora shared with us very good things to do in Bacalar, thank you very much !!

This is the perfect house for a large group. My party of 10 adults loved the house and the location. The pictures don’t do it justice. We especially appreciated the outdoor kitchen and the use of the Beach Club next door. Our host Luis was very responsive to all my questions. Checking in was a breeze! Pablo the onsite maintenance guy was great. He helped us with so much during our stay and he does a great job maintaining the house and the beach club. Thank you so much Pablo! Our overall experience was amazing and 100 percent recommend staying at this property!

The home is located right on the ocean. Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful. The ocean waves and breeze were very relaxing. We swam in the ocean every day also! The caretakers Samuel and Veronica were very kind letting us into the home, got us coconuts to drink and Veronica made my daughter a sweet stuffed bee animal. Samuel cleaned the beach every day also. Jennifer was extremely responsive and offered suggestions on restaurants in town. Highly recommend this home!

I had an amazing stay at Casa Los Abuelos in Bacalar! The view of the lagoon is absolutely stunning waking up to those vibrant shades of blue was pure magic. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and all the amenities were great everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only minor inconvenience was the WiFi, which was a bit spotty during our visit, but that was due to the weather and didn’t take away from the experience at all. If you’re looking for a serene escape with breathtaking views and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. Would definitely come back!

This is a lovely house with beautiful views over the lagoon. It has its own private covered pier. It’s close to Bacalar although you need a car or would want to take a taxi. Very nice place. Lots of space.

Great studio with beautiful view on the sea & jungle

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Teresa’s home! Check in was flexible as we were delayed in Tulum. Teresa’s instructions were always super clear and so we didn’t have any issue finding the house at sunset, also there is a hotel next door with a restaurant in case you miss the supermarket! The house is about 10 minutes away from Bacalar town, it has a perfect view of the lagoon and everything you can need inside. The lagoon is super private as most boat trips are over on the other side of the town also. We absolutely loved being there and surrounded by nature, I would very much recommend the house!

We were very happy !!! Excellent hosts. They were aware of what we needed and let us settle in earlier as we arrived sooner after a long trip, we really appreciate it. The beach a few steps away, with great privacy and freedom. Beautiful place. Upon returning, we would love to stay here again <3
