Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.

Although perfect for us, its tranquility may not suit all.

On the first floor: bedroom, air conditioner; on ground floor: kitchen, bathroom. Wifi. Size of the apartment is approx. 26 square meters. There is not a private terrace. Not suitable for small children.
