Jerry was a great host. This rental property was a perfect home base for our sons' Cooperstown tournament.

If your attending a tournament at CASV , this is the ideal spot. Nice view , a pool to relax and ample space for your entire family.

We loved this stay in cooperstown, was the perfect in between location between our family for the holiday. Main Street was a little over five minute drive, super close. Game room was perfect for having our kids with us, house feels even larger in person than in pictures!

We enjoyed our stay at the sweethouse. Everything was as described, but would note that the pool was nicer than expected! Unique place with lots of character. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Ally’s place - communication was good, check in and check out were easy, house was clean. Very well located - 5 minute drive to All Star Village, 5 minute drive to the grocery store to stock up on food, and 2 minute drive to downtown restaurants.

Fantastic place to stay if you are looking to visit Cooperstown. The house is very clean, roomy, and well maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Cooperstown is just a short 15 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would absolutely stay again!

We came up to see the Baseball Hall of Fame with my Father. We had a great time here. Heated pool, great location in a private setting and just a few minutes from the HOF. The home has everything you need and is well kept. Michelle was helpful and quick to respond with questions. High quality host. Our second time using one of their managed properties and had a blast. We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely loved it! Pictures don’t due it justice. Beautiful location, lots of wildlife, and my brother caught a 5 lb bass right off the dock. Easy and pretty ride to Cooperstown. Lots to do and see. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Cooper Creek was above and beyond what we expected for our weekend stay. Eileen was an exceptional host in every way. She has just about every amenity for a family stay you could think of, plenty of space for everyone and a very cozy aura. She even made homemade muffins and bread for us. I have stayed at many airbnb’s and this one is by far top notch and one of my favorites!

Great for multiple families that are participating in Cooperstown Tournament. House is amazing, spacious. Huge yard, will definitely stay here again.

Kim’s house on the outsides of Bloomville went above and beyond our expectations. The kitchen is more equipped than most standard homes and seems to be recently renovated. The outdoor gas grill works perfectly. The bedrooms are well equipped with comfortable linen and the towels were more than enough for the 8 of us. The heating worked very well. Kim was also very responsive to questions and open to adding an extra 2 nights at the last moment.

My husband and I took our 5 year old granddaughter to visit our son, his partner and our 18 month old grandson who recently moved to Franklin. Coming from Hawaii, we knew we’d be spending a lot of time indoors because of the cold temperatures in Franklin. We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s house. It was a creative haven, thoughtfully curated by an amazing artist. The home is spacious, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy making delicious meals and sleep soundly in comfortable beds. What made this home so special was how it was designed as a learning and play space for children. Our grandkids thrived coloring, writing, making puzzles, playing games, and engaging in play acting. Anna was communicative, receptive and available if we needed anything. The home, the artistry and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true gem in Franklin! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to connect with creativity and enjoy an enriching stay.

The place was exactly what my baseball team and I needed for accommodations during our three day trip. Plenty of room for team meals and for hanging outside. Suites were a great idea for the kids to have their own space and bathroom/shower. Would recommend for bigger groups for sure. Thank you Jason.

We had a great time staying at Paul and Eileen’s house. The house is in a great location and will make you feel right at home.

We had an amazing stay at Carin’s place. It was clean, modern, cozy, spacious and welcoming. Each bedroom was thoughtfully decorated and the two bathrooms were incredibly large and luxurious. We cooked dinner at the house and were impressed by all the high-quality utensils and super easy to use soda stream! Sitting by the lake was so peaceful and Carin has a portable speaker so we played music and admired some nature by sunset. Carin was communicative, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. All round this was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back when going on an upstate adventure :)

This was my 3rd time staying with Jennifer and very likely won't be my last. Every year there has been a new addition/improvement that makes the stay more comfortable. She has always been very responsive and even provided me with an update about the house and surrounding areas after a snow storm came through leaving 12-14 inches on the ground the night before my arrival. Overall, a really great host.

This was the most private and peaceful location for a three day girl’s weekend. The place is beautifully decorated, cozy and sparkling clean. There was even a record player with a nice variety of albums. We were all able to relax and felt so welcomed here. Kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Jemma left us some fresh juice, milk, cream, eggs and bagels for breakfast which was a nice surprise. Beds were very comfy and made up with quality bedding. Jemma was friendly and went out of her way to attend to any concerns. Seeing the animals on the property made our stay that much more special. This is the best rental I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. I would definitely stay here again and will most likely return in the spring for another visit.

Barbara's house was exactly what we needed for our stay. It had several bedrooms, comfortable beds, and linens as well as basic toiletries were provided. The kitchen was well appointed, and there were good availability of outlets and spaces for chargers. Finally, it was extremely close to Cooperstown All-Star Village, which is where we were headed for our time there. The living room was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to do work. Additionally, there were fire sticks provided for the televisions. All in all, it was exactly what we needed!

Mark was one of the kindest hosts that I have ever interacted with. Check-in was flexible, he left us a bottle of maple syrup that he made, the house was spotless and much bigger in person, and everything was amazing!! Definitely recommend staying here.

The house was great, we felt right at home here. There was so much wildlife. A beaver pond around the corner that we checked out and watched them swim, multiple deer on the lawn at dusk, beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this plane for any kind of get away.
