Centrally located in a mature neighborhood and within a 15min walk to Mooney’s Bay beach, 10min drive from the Airport and Downtown. 5 minute walk to Grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacy. This modern, large and spacious apartment comes with everything you need to feel at home - WIFI, parking, washer, dryer, king size bed (to name a few). Private Studio, with no direct interaction with the hosts. About 15 minutes from Gatineau and 20 minutes from Ottawa by car. For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you can access the spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A lunchbox breakfast is included. Perfect for workers or tourists. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the studio). The studio is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

The bedroom features a cozy layout with a spacious bed centered against the walls. Nightstands with lamps are placed on either side. A decorative wooden bench sits at the foot of the bed. Fresh greenery is shown in a pot, adding a touch of nature to the space.

Fully renovated, cozy and well equipped one bedroom apartment in a 100 year old house. Centrally located near a bustling intersection and within walking distance to many Ottawa attractions. This unit is ideal for an individual, couple or family. Fully furnished kitchen with all cooking essentials, en-suite laundry, sofa bed for additional guests, a kitchen table to eat or work at and high-speed internet are several of the many touches that this unit offers. The perfect home away from home!

Beautiful new 2-bedroom basement apartment with separate entrance, free covered parking, large windows, ample light and open concept kitchen. All appliances are new. Very convenient location that is in a peaceful and private area but 2 minute walk from a large retail mall, major bus stop and a NCC maintained hiking trail (Old Quarry Trail). It is also a 5 minute drive from Highway 417 enabling a 20 min drive to downtown Ottawa . Highly responsive owners on premises in a separate unit.
