Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ottawa County

We absolutely LOVED the home. It was huge and had so many amenities. There was a gift basket full yummy snacks and a book full of recommendations for things to do in the area. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This home is very large and located in a beautiful, wooded area. Peaceful, quiet and close to both Holland and Zeeland. We were there for 4 nights and had everything we needed. The home is well stocked with the essentials. Joshua was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

On my way, I messaged our host because I had not seen the arrival instructions. They were immediately responsive and helped me find the email, and sent a second set of instructions to be certain I would get in easily. The house was exactly as it was pictured and described and it was perfect for a group of six guys in town to race our sail boat. We know Holland, the restaurants and our way around. Our hosts provided additional choices we were not aware of. Erin was proactive about local trash pick-up and the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful stay after long days out on the lake.

Marys place provided the perfect welcoming space that we needed. Looking forward to staying there again!

The home has a very family friendly layout. We had a toddler visit with us a few times and moved the lower knick knacks to higher ground. Don't worry, Rudy, we took pictures and placed them back. The home would seem to have the owner's personal touch to it and an interesting one at that. A very comfortable home to be in. I normally have a difficult time sleeping somewhere else, but the beds are very comfortable. The only thing i would have liked was one more drawer to put my clothes into. There was only one available for two of us. The bathroom's were very beautifully done. I liked the skylight in the upper bath. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood every morning. Definitely hope to be welcomed back. Thank you, Rudy, for a lovely visit.

We have stayed in several units in this condo complex over the years, and this was one of the best. It was clean and spacious. We don’t know what this complex is like during the summer, but during the spring & fall when we typically visit, it is incredibly quiet. Everything worked save for a few minor—but nonessential—items. One of the main reasons we keep staying here is the location. It’s right off the main highway and and easy walk—or 2-minute drive—to the heart of Grand Haven. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

All the furnishings and spaces were as pictured and very tastefully done with high end touches. Very walkable to downtown. It can be difficult to find places with multiple king beds so that was fabulous!

We had an excellent weekend. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and the property was even better than the pictures.

Gladys’s place exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect; we could see snug harbor from the living room & it’s a <10 min walk to downtown. The condo was adorable and absolutely spotless. We really enjoyed our stay, so much so that we are talking about rebooking over the summer! Also, Gladys was responsive and flexible during check-out. Overall, a great spot if you’re visiting Grand Haven!

I would highly recommend the Franklin House. The location is unbeatable if you are looking for somewhere walkable to the downtown shops, restaurants, coffee shops and to the harbor. The unit was very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. There is a deck where you can enjoy the beautiful back yard. Parking is very convenient. Tina was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We hope to stay here again in the future!
