A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Easy access to the highway and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away. Key lockbox entry allows for seamless guest access. Parking is plenty! Come get away from it all and enjoy the Lakeshore!

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. See my photo of the terrific playground right across the street. Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park. Bedroom #1 is a queen bed, #2 a full bed on bottom & twin on top. A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. Just 10-15 minutes from popular destinations like PJ Hoffmaster, Grand Haven, & Michigan's Adventures and only 5 minutes from the Lakes Mall, US-31, & major stores like Best Buy, Target, etc. It's still a bit of a work in progress but our goal is to provide an immersive artistic experience that you'll love and want to return to - with each stay being better than the last :)

Enjoy several Lake Michigan Beaches which includes the notable Pere Marquette Beach, tranquil PJ Hoffmaster Park and Kruse Park Beach one of Michigan's only dog beach. With additional lakes, parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby this is an exciting experience you will enjoy. Great for a small family or couples retreat. Ask us about longer stays.

Beachmobile 2.0

Your responsibility, RESERVE the camping spot first. We will bring it to your campground (or private residence) Delivery is free in Grand Haven. Hoffmaster $30 Holland State Park $45 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. Bus has no run UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.

Welcome to our private lower-level suite located just 2 miles from downtown Holland. You will enjoy a quiet, beautiful neighborhood that is in close proximity to many beaches and popular attractions. The suite is located below our primary residence. With a completely separate entrance, you'll enjoy your own private space. With a spacious living area and mini kitchen, you will feel right at home in our guest suite. We can't wait to host you!
