Cozy little cottage that is close to nearby attractions - comfortable and clean. Nice spot to stay, but the long driveway is slippery after heavy snow, not recommended unless you have an AWD vehicle. We enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay in a month and Sydney's place has been spotless both times. You can smell the clean when you walk in the front door, and I have yet to even find a speck of dust anywhere . Well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

All the wonderful and positive things you will read about Coleen’s place are absolutely true! No hesitation needed, you will find a comfortable space tucked away on a cozy farm. If you love animals, the pups, cats and horses are so lovely and they do not bother you at all, if that’s what you wish. You can tell how much these hosts want you to feel as at home as possible and you definitely will. Coming from a city girl myself this stay is such a nice getaway! Not far from all of the fun in Ellicottville where you can hit the slopes, cafes and bars and then drive a short trip back to this cute farm oasis. I come to this area all of the time to enjoy what it has to offer and this is one place I will surely be back to. Looking forward to summer so I can come back and do some horseback riding as well. Our family enjoyed our stay while participating in an alpine snowboard event at Holiday Valley. The location was beautiful and peaceful- the perfect r&r to reset between events. Amy was an amazing host and even made us delicious fresh lemon blueberry muffins from their farm! Genuine good people with an incredible surrounding. Would definitely book again!
