Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

The spacious living room features a seating area around the fireplace and a television.

We hope you will treat our boat as well as we do. Of course, smoking is not allowed inside. No problem for you? Looking forward to welcoming you! In consultation, you can also rent our sloop (boat license required). Children are welcome if they have a swimming certificate.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The barn

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

Romantic studio guesthouse Bethune

Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. You can enjoy the great nature (many birds) with one of our bikes or our kayak. Self catering / without breakfast.

It has a lovely garden with unique sun terrace ON the lake, its own kitchen and is suitable for couples and also for business travelers. Ultimate peace, good care and coziness you can find it with us. 1 minute walk from good restaurants and located on great bike and walking routes.

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the rural area. Great for couples and families with children aged 6–12. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, cycling and a great place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or enjoy beautiful skies. Visit Utrecht, go out for a nice meal or cook for yourself.
