Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house has a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via the carport and to the left of the driveway, and there are charging stations available for electric vehicles.
