Waterfront vacation rentals in Ouder-Amstel

This place was amazing for our stay in Amsterdam as a family of 4. Totally convenient to transit and with plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery very near by. We felt like we were immersed in the city in the best way.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Douwe even gave an extra bed as there were 4 of us. They also prepare some stroop waffles as welcome snack :) Location was really convenient and located in a quiet street. Douwe was also very accommodating and helpful during check in & check out. Will definitely recommend the apartment!

Un alojamiento de 10, toda una experiencia

This was a beautiful place. It was much better than I imagined. It is the first Ike staying at a boat house and I don’t think we could have got a better experience. Both Rob and Karin were very responsive and took care of our needs immediately. The bedroom above is very spacious. Only thing to note is that the bathroom is only downstairs. It worked out fine for us. I highly recommend this place for a stay for max 3 people.

This is our second year for our group staying at Dutch Masters and we had a wonderful stay. The balcony was perfect and we lucked out with the weather this year to take full advantage. Kitchen was well equipped and we always appreciate the Nespresso machine. We love the living room and felt it was large enough to gather and eat without feeling crowded. We will continue to come back to Dutch Masters any time we visit Amsterdam.

We stayed at Michiel's place for 3 nights and loved the apartment and the location. A ten minute walked got us to the Metro and the ride to the center of town was about 15 minutes. One day we decided to walk back from town, about 35 minutes and it was very pleasant. A Lidl grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Michiel was very responsive to our questions and gave us excellent answers. Appreciated the 1.5 baths, meaning, one bathroom had toilet and sink and the other had shower, tub and sink. If you plan on watching tv, you will need to download chromecast, but why watch tv when you can enjoy Amsterdam. Nice outside patio too. We would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le gîte. Très beau gite décoré avec goût et très bien aménagé avec une accessibilité voiture et un parking. Gite situé dans une très jolie ville, accessible à pied et disposant de tous les commerces nécessaires. Gite proche d'Amsterdam (20 minutes pour accéder à un P+R) mais également proche d'Utrecht. Parfait !

Richard en Brenda zijn zeer verwelkomende hosts, geen enkele vraag is te veel en ze zijn heel pro-actief. Bij aankomst bleek de Jacuzzi stuk, maar de boot werd dan gratis aangeboden, en zo hebben we een heerlijk tochtje op de plassen kunnen doen. het huis voelt aan als een thuis, alles is in huis om er een leuk verblijf van te maken (keukenbenodigdheden, kruiden, etc maar ook gezelschapspellen, een Wii,...) zeker aan te bevelen hier te verblijven

Super clean home, bright and it has everything we need to stay and enjoy the entire house for ourselves. The wonderful sunrise and the super stunning sunset just unbeatable. After stayed here for almost a week, i said to my wife that it would be nice to retire at waverveen. The super amazing host Ruud & Anna were super helpful from booking to checking out. Will definitely going to be back again! Super recommend!!!

Super séjour! La maison est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Elle est bien décorée, propre et bien équipée, on s’y sent comme chez soi. Il est possible de prendre le train pour Amsterdam qui est à 20min ce qui est très pratique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci !

Mati's canal home apartment was an ideal location for seeing Amsterdam & for a girl's weekend catch up. Mati is a fantastic host. Her flowers made her door extremely photo worthy and the space was larger than we expected. In addition, she suggested an excellent lunch spot for our onward journey to Delft. We hope to be back!

A very good location to explore Amsterdam. Extremely quiet and comfortable. Steep staircases which might be difficult if you have mobility problems. Several excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance. Hemeise Modder really good and moderately expensive. Cuisine of India excellent and less pricey.

Beste Luis en Carla, We hebben zo genoten van ons verblijf in jullie prachtige woonst. Spijtig dat mijn man ziek werd en we jullie moesten vragen om wat langer kunnen blijven. Jullie hebben ons zo vriendelijk ontvangen en op voorhand alles duidelijk uitgelegd. We komen zeker nog eens terug als we in de buurt moeten zijn en een overnachting zoeken. Bedankt voor alles! We had an amazing stay at Ingrid’s place. She was a fantastic host, even meeting us in person when we arrived (which we really appreciated), and she shared great local tips for food and sights. The bright, clean suite had everything we needed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've had at an Airbnb. We loved the back garden and sitting by the canal out front. Ingrid provided two bikes, which we used daily—it was an easy 5–8 min ride to the ferry, then less than 5 min across to central Amsterdam. Shops, groceries, and restaurants were also just a short bike ride away, and a metro station was nearby (about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride). After busy days exploring, it was so nice to return to Ingrid’s home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience both the city and a peaceful local neighborhood. Thanks again Ingrid!

Familien på 4 personer med 2 ungdommer. Leiligheten er nok plass for oss. Fin beliggenhet og privat parkering. Det tar 15 minutter for å kjøre inn på Amsterdam senter. Koselig nabolag og fin med sykkeltur rundt. Anbefales. Vi kommer gjerne igjen

Nous y avons séjourné pour un déplacement professionnel au salon In Cosmetics. Harm a été très disponible pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Le logement était parfait! Je recommande.

Hugo’s home was absolutely perfect! The best location - able to walk everywhere - the street and canal it was on is so quiet and peaceful and beautiful. The street has a beautiful view of a church and hearing the church bells every day was an added treat. Hugo is the absolute best host - so quick to answer any questions and so full of recommendations. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. We only used the kitchen for coffee - Hugo is very generous in providing coffee - and we had such a lovely view of the canal when sitting at the table drinking it. We loved this place - everything about it. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Lovely apartment in a nice quieter location close to a couple of parks. Walkable to most of the sights and great restaurants. We had a very comfortable stay and Deborah is a great host, always available if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Amsterdam.

Words cannot express how lovely Joze’s place was! She met us upon arrival and gave us a tour, and we immediately felt right at home! She was extremely helpful and communicative! The home is located in a fantastic quiet neighborhood with walking distance to everything Amsterdam has to offer! The home is filled with Joze’s artwork and it makes for stunning finishing touches! We cannot wait to come back to Amsterdam and hopefully have the opportunity to stay at her place again! We had the BEST time!
