“Jane's a great host, very understanding and welcoming. Wasn't expecting breakfast to be provided, which was a great touch! She also gave us an amazing tour around the Prebendal Manor and gardens which was incredibly interesting. She is a powerhouse of historical and botanical knowledge. Honestly why would you stay in a boring cut and copy airbnb, when you could stay in a fantastically decorated ancient manor? The room itself was lovely and comfortable, the roll top bath was especially luxurious. Note: If you're scared such an old house might be haunted, don't be! Good vibes, and plenty of carvings in the stone to keep the bad spirits out of the house ;) Thanks Jane!”

“We enjoyed a lovely one night stay. It was a great location for us as we wanted to cycle and walk around Rutland water which was very easy to get to. The communication ahead of time was really helpful and check-in was very easy. It was our first trip away since the covid-19 lockdown and everything felt very safe and extremely clean. It's a really nice place to stay. Very comfortable and cosy, and the kitchen has everything you need. We would loved to have stayed longer and look forward to coming back sometime.”

“Amazing. Me and my partner had a perfect weekend here. Kate and her family were so friendly and accommodating. Lovely lovely people. They kept the property so clean, and had everything we needed for the weekend. The nice little touches were beautiful and made us feel at home.I couldn’t recommend staying here anymore, it’s perfect for a little getaway. P.s. the village is simply stunning”
