Geraldine warmly welcomed us for the key handover and explained how the accommodation works. Communication was smooth and efficient. The accommodation matched the listing in every way: everything was clean and well-equipped. The direct view of the Charleville Mézières town hall was a pleasant surprise. We recommend it!

Simply perfect! We had a perfect weekend away at Anna's place. The unit is immaculately clean, cozy, comfortable, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Anna supplies everything needed to feel at home but her high quality standards also makes it a luxurious stay. She has great attention to detail. The unit itself exceeded expectations and I definitely recommend it. Great location, easy to access, private and functional. Thank you Anna for a relaxing, peaceful and memorable weekend away. We enjoyed the fireplace, festive decor, boardgames and felt so at home, we did not want to leave. You're a super host 🙂

What a wonderful location to take walks from there (for example by traveling by bus for 3 euros and then walking back to Roetgen) in the nature reserve. We definitely plan to come back again because we want to take even more beautiful walks in that neighborhood and liked the accommodation very much. In the apartment, really all sorts of things were available. We baked nice sandwiches for the breakfast. The egg cooker is used for delicious cooked eggs at breakfast. There is a homey feel. We suspect that it has been really inhabited. If the photos are up to you, I can really recommend this apartment to you. In Roetgen itself, not many restaurants were open this week, but there were a lot of supermarkets nearby, so there is plenty of alternative instead of eating out. Living in Roetgen is a great restaurant to eat. I don't know about the other restaurants. On April 30th there is a Meiboom tradition and in the evening/night that can cause some noise nuisance.

Very well maintained and very pleasant accommodation. Location next to amenities, easy access, parking easily accessible (with even electric charging plug available). Recommended

We spent some really nice days in Maria's apartment. It was a very nice break, everything was available and the children were very busy. I can recommend this apartment one hundred percent and we look forward to next time at Maria's place. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's holiday flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

very nice place, ideal for enjoying the terms

Ayleen's apartment is perfect for a small vacation in the countryside. The rooms are lovingly furnished and everywhere you can discover small details that you can look forward to. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and we didn't miss anything. 😌 There are seemingly countless possibilities for excursions in the vicinity - for this you can get inspired by brochures in the apartment or the guest book. But ☺️ since we were only passing through, we went for a day trip to the Hürtgen Forest about 20 minutes away - also highly recommended to deal with this historic area. Ayleen seems open and friendly and I am sure that she is helpful in any problems or difficulties - but we didn't have a oh yes☺️: another highlight was the cute emergency shelf in the hallway of the house. Here you can buy bars, bubble plasters and a few drinks on a trust 🫶🏼 basis! Thank you

We stayed at Le Coin du Bois for two nights, the studio is tastefully renovated and impeccably clean. Bénédicte and her husband are super welcoming. Bénédicte is very available and has recommended restaurants and excursions in the area. At Le Coin du Bois, it's a green space in which our dog had fun, a pool in which I was able to do a few laps. We had breakfast prepared by our host, it was a treat and largely sufficient. Everything is available: bath towels, shampoo, soap, a bar etc... It was a very nice meeting and a GREAT stay, we will be back.

My fiancee and i stayed with Maud over New Years Eve. From the start she was very responsive and helpful. The place is amazing with fantastic views of of the country and great amenities. The hot tub and spa are a really nice touch and Maud is very helpful and instructive with how to make things work. On New Years Eve there was even a private firework display in the garden which was wonderful. Can't recommend the place or the host high enough. Thank you.

What a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, Stefan asked if we were planning on going to restaurant. When we let us know that this was indeed our plan, Stefan called to a local restaurant to reserve a table for us. Stefan and Serge are exemplary hosts. One of the better experiences I've had in years. Very correct price for all the facilities. For example, they built a wellness complex in their garden with covered pool, sauna and hot tub/jacuzzi. Great stay, Maïté and Peter were very welcoming. The place is like the pictures, full of charm and tastefully decorated. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped (oil, spices, etc.) The accommodation is well located within walking distance of restaurants and walking paths. As two years ago, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This place deserves the sixth star! Claudine was welcoming from the first moment. It was there for any matter and was instrumental in making our vacation perfect. The house has everything you need, it's comfortable and quiet, like this peaceful corner of Belgium. He also suggested the walking route to visit Limburg, giving us a beautiful sunset walk. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing place for a group of 6 people

We had a great time! The Natural pool was really nice! Marco was really accommodating and super flexible (we had to arrive a day later than planned and were then greeted by his wonderful mother in law). When I couldn’t get the TV to work, Marco responded immediately and stayed online until it was solved. Thank you!! 😊

After several years, we stayed in Pierre's "Gite" for the second time now, and I loved it even more then in 2019. The apartment is spacious and cosy, the little terrace has a wonderful view, and everything is set in a beautiful and quiet landscape. We also enjoyed the heated pool a lot. Above all, the hospitality of Pierre and his team stands out. He's extremely caring and helpful in every respect. If you have an opportunity to join the "Table d’Hôte", then this is highly recommended. Pierre will offer a wonderful selection of local food and wine, and there's nothing better then returning to the cosy apartment after such a delicious and satisfying dinner. We will return for sure come back. Thanks, Pierre!
