Your apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the 2,000 sqm natural garden. You enter the apartment through a large wind trap that delimits the hallway in the living area with another door. On the right is the second bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (a total of 3 beds). Next to it the main bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and large sink, all bright tiled. Opposite you will find the dressing room with a gigantic fitted wardrobe. Through the hallway you pass a storage room into the main living area. A bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen-living room with 4-burner ceramic hob and 2-burner gas hob, oven, large refrigerator, modern dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. invites you to cook together, comfortably. A generous „collection surium“ of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories is also available. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table (extendable) for up to 8 people.
