Great place in Deventer, nice and central if you stay in the city and can be easily reached by ferry if you park your car across the street for free. Friendly and smooth communication from the moment of booking.

what a wonderful AirB&B this is. Every detail has been thought of: nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom, lovely bed etc etc. Also very clean and what a well-kept painting! The location is great, very rural. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we were not able to walk in the area.

Everything was good from the accommodation itself to the location and overall a very good value for money. The only noteworthy drawback: On the booking page, it was stated that check-out time is at 11am. However, we were already asked to check out at 10 a.m., even after addressing again. But as I said, for the price we would definitely come back!

Cees-Jans place was an absolute find in Apeldoorn. Bang in the centre - shopping , grocery, cafés , restaurants all within a few minutes walk . The apartment itself was spotless nice simple decor, comfy beds and enough space for a couple of. Ideal apartment for two people. Cees-Jan is a very gracious host was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. During our weeks stay there he enquired every few days if everything was fine . Check out was also very simple. Would definitely stay here again .

We absolutely loved staying at Marjon's place! The apartment was beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway — though we certainly wish we could have stayed longer! The neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful, and the apartment is an easy 25-ish minute walk to the city centre. Marjon was incredibly kind and helped us check in personally, and was responsive and helpful during the whole process! We couldn't have been more happy with our stay.

Nice place! But on the 2nd floor. Nice view and lovely roof terrace. Shower was warm and nice, despite being old. Good place!

Our stay in Giethoorn was absolutely perfect! The little inn we chose was cozy, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for. The location was right on the canal, making it incredibly easy to take the boat out and explore the serene waterways. While the area is quieter in winter, that only added to the charm, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond, preparing delicious and varied home-cooked breakfasts each morning. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the clean and well-equipped kitchen (where my girlfriend and I enjoyed cooking dinner each night) to the excellent water pressure and warmth of the shower—something you truly appreciate during colder months. This was more than just a stay; it was an experience. The warmth, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to our return!

We enjoyed 2 relaxing days in Zutphen thanks to the wonderful place. Everything was as described, clean and we were warmly welcomed by Han and Evelien. The sauna and hot tub made this short trip a small vacation for us. Thanks for everything, we'll be happy to come back.

Very friendly host helped me when I couldn't use the tv . Comfortable apartment in a quiet location. The plus of the apartment was the coffee machine that grinded the grain on time . Thank you so much for having me super recommend.
