It is close enough to walk to downtown San Cristobal, although at night (after midnight) it is already dark, but the area is still quite quiet and beautiful. The accommodation is quite comfortable and has EVERYTHING you need to stay. Sandra responds quickly, is attentive and the truth is that she is like a kind and attentive mother🩷, at no time do you feel uncomfortable. It is definitely recommended to stay there :)

Amazing the cabin, when you open the door you receive a red wine which is greatly appreciated, the very rich wood aroma the details of local crafts throughout the house make you feel a special vibe, a very nice house that connects you with nature. Very close to San Cristobal less than a 15 min drive, we wanted to experience public transportation that goes three blocks away and super fast too, we did 20 min downtown😅. 10/10

A very good, comfortable place

Cute, quiet and comfortable house a little outside of town. We appreciate the design. The location is about a 40 minute walk outside of town, so it’d be helpful to have a car. It is also possible to take colectivos into town or arrange a taxi, make sure to ask Lorena for taxi driver numbers in advance because there is no Uber or other ride share apps.

We had an amazing stay at Luis’ home. Luis’ home had everything we needed. His kitchen was fully equipped and clean. We cooked a couple of meals at his place. He had water and coffee for us which we appreciated. The zocalo was walking distance. Luis gave us great tour recommendations. He speaks both English and Spanish so that was helpful. The view from his place is amazing! Keep in mind there is no heater but Luis has plenty of blankets to keep you warm. Also, there’s a chimney. We had a wonderful stay at Luis’ home and would definitely stay again!

La Chulada is a great place to stay. The location is super convenient, close to everything. Andrea was an excellent host, very attentive and friendly. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the patio. We will definitely come back to this property and recommend to friends and family.

The place is quite nice to the view, comfortable, you have privacy and an excellent view. I would definitely come back!!
