Заслуживает только самую лучшую оценку, 5! Очень чистая квартира! Очень уютная тераса!! На отличном острове!!!Катрина очень дружелюбная и гостеприимная. За время прибывания, она дополнительно без нареканий сделала всё возможное чтобы мы чувствовали себя как дома. В пешей, 2мин доступности магазины, рестораны и морской причал. Это то место которое хочется опять посетить. !!!ЗАСЛУЖЕННО ПЯТЬ ЗВЁЗД!!!

We have stayed on Itahki 10 times now - and stayed in Vathy 7 times. This property has the best location of all of the places we have stayed. The view is spectacular from the very large terrace where you have a swing seat, comfy chairs and a dining table for 4 people. Also, the terrace has the sun in the afternoon and evening - unlike the other side of the bay. It is a very quiet location with almost no cars passing by - and has its own place to park your car. It is a 5 minute walk down stone steps to the town - it takes a bit longer to get back up! As other people have said in their reviews, if you are not good on your feet - or have mobility issues - the location is difficult - but that wasn’t a problem for us. Inside, the whole place was very clean - with a very large living room and another dining table for 4 people. The two bedrooms are a good size with a lot of storage space - and each has its own A/C - as does the main room. We would come back for sure in the future. Excellent!!

abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage le ultime 4 notti sull'isola e non saremmo più voluti tornare. la casa è perfetta,una coccola romantica per una coppia e ogni dettaglio è curato al meglio. ma la vera perla è Rania, la responsabile dell'accoglienza che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa,sempre pronta a consigliare spiagge, ristoranti e posti dove goderci il tramonto...non sarebbe stato lo stesso senza di lei...

We had a fantastic time at Villa Komis. The location and view are amazing, and the pool was the cherry on top. You’re only a short walk (down a steep path to save some time) to the bustling harbour with many great restaurants, where you can also book all kinds of tours and excursions with ease. It’s very peaceful and serene on site, but you’re still very close to everything. The Villa was also fully stocked with food and drinks which was so nice, and Maria was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing time in one of the most beautiful parts of Zakynthos.

We had a fantastic holiday here. Before and during the stay communication was friendly & clear. Location is above the village of Kato Katelios with restaurants, bars, supermarkets & ATMs and kid-friendly beach about a 10m walk down (and 15m back up!) a steep hill – far enough away for privacy yet close enough if you want to be more amongst things The Wi-Fi is fine in the downstairs and pool area, but doesn’t work so well upstairs. There's a DVD player in the main room. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a BBQ outside. The pool is a generous size and perfect for a family to cool off or play in. The aircon works well enough to take the edge off the heat in the main living area (which has lots of glass) and cools the bedrooms very effectively We only had one slight issue after a power cut tripped out the pool pump, but this was fixed within 24 hours of contacting the owners Overall I would highly recommend staying at Villa Anemoni

Περάσαμε μια υπέροχη εβδομάδα στην Ιθάκη. Το Olive Grove ήταν ένα πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, με υπέροχη θέα, πολύ κοντά στο Βαθύ και σε πολύ ήσυχο σημείο. Το σπίτι είχε ό,τι χρειαζόταν για μια άνετη διαμονή και ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος και πολύ βοηθητικός. Μας υποδέχτηκε ο κ. Κώστας, πατέρας του Jerry, και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε από την αρχή σαν στο σπίτι μας. Μάλιστα, μας είχε στο ψυγείο κρύο νερό, κρασί αλλά και τα βασικά για ένα πρωινό. Το μόνο θέμα που υπάρχει είναι οι πολλές σκάλες από το parking ως το σπίτι, αλλά όλα τα άλλα σε αποζημιώνουν πλήρως! Το νησί υπέροχο! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Incredible home and property. Felt very comfortable and at home. Loved the location and the view was stunning. More importantly, Chrysa (and her brother) made this such a special stay for me and my husband on his 50th birthday. They went ABOVE and BEYOND! Kefalonia was our favorite of the greek islands we visited and would stay in this home again 100%

Our stay in Scala on Kefalonia was absolutely fantastic. The location was brilliant, offering breathtaking views that added to the charm of our trip. The villa was impeccably clean and exactly as described, meeting all our expectations. A particularly delightful touch was the host's thoughtfulness in leaving gifts for our children, which they loved and which enhanced our overall experience. Additionally, the host provided some basic essentials that made settling in much easier. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful and relaxing holiday in Kefalonia.
