Great host. Wonderful location with beautiful views. Slept every night to the sound of the waves. Very clean house with spacious balcony. Stocked very well with basic and high quality necessities. Would highly recommend!

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Great host, very responsive and pro-active. Location is really great with sea view. Nice size of bedroom and living area. Nice shower. Bess provided all necessary toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, etc… Furniture are a bit old but it remains comfortable. Cutleries, plates and glasses could be improved. There was only one glass for wine. I was alone, do it was ok, but still… Very happy overall and I am strongly recommending Bess place. Will gladly come back.

We've stayed on Glenn's beautiful boat so many times I've lost track. It's our favorite place to stay in Ventura! This time we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. It was perfect! We saw a seal swimming around plus we enjoyed the live music and food at the Harbor. Can't wait to go back soon!!

A slice of paradise best describes this house and location. It felt warm and cozy and being able to walk out the back door and right onto the beach was soooo great. We loved every moment and really look forward to future visits. Cruz, the host, was incredibly responsive and just great throughout.

What a gorgeous home and the design along with the lighting, configuration of the house, the flow is very zen. Quality furniture and indoor/outdoor spaces very well maintained. Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains are calming listening to the waves. Open and well designed with great atmosphere including the stunning artwork, appliances, and a very safe environment to enjoy in. Well done Helena! The gardens are immaculate and the pool, kitchen, bedrooms, closets and bathrooms are all very beautiful. First class is this stunning house. Sarah was very responsive to our questions and super friendly. The house was as described, and has everything you need. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main street. It was very close to some fun restaurants and it's a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here; it was a nice respite from my busy conference!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning home in the Malibu mountains. Gorgeous views, beautiful home, comfortable furniture and beds.. the spa is bliss, bubbling away while admiring the night sky. Host Marieka is quick to respond and kind. The road to this Airbnb is a little bit of an adventure. You drive from PCH through Malibu Park, higher up the mountain which gives you the amazing views. But you are very close to Vintage Market or Pavilions for your groceries, banks, Starbucks, surf shops and of course Zuma beach.

Coco’s place on Malibu was a great place to stay. The house was an advertised and was well appointed. Everything was updated and was quite nice. Cici welcomed us when we arrived and even took the time to show us the horses. My 4yr old was particularly thrilled with being able to feed the horses and see the peacocks roaming the property. Cell service in the part of Malibu is pretty spotty you only will have service when connected to the wifi. This also makes it hard to get quick responses on questions if Cici isn’t only property. We would definitely stay again!

My wife and our kids (21, 15, and 8) just spent the last the last 4 days at James's house. it was BEAUTIFUL! Can't beat the sunset. conveniently located walking distance from a store and Starbucks. and 3 min from the beach! beautiful ocean views from the upstairs balconies. fully stocked kitchen with all the needs and Cleaned to perfection when u arrive. James was an amazing host (Our favorite one so far.) responsive, funny, understanding, and completely laid back. 100% will get this house again when wanting to return to the malibu area! Thank you guys again! my wife had one of the best birthdays, and it started with you and your beautiful home. -James

Beautiful, peaceful space for what we needed - a respite from LA city life. This is a rare find where the photos looked like the house. Lovely home, super comfy beds, super tidy, all the amenities we needed. The walk to the beach is very close, essentially across the street and down stairs. The beach was great, the third day beach patrol shared the beach was closed, but we still got some good time in earlier in the day, and people were still taking walks throughout the day, so no idea why BP was attempting to enforce. Michael and Brita are very responsive and kind - excellent hosts. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Malibu! The home has so much charm and couldn’t be in a more perfect location. We’ll be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Some of the things that make this place top on my list, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Each floor has a bedroom and it's not easy to hear commotion from a different floor which was a plus for us since my daughter took her babies and the rest of us were not awakened by crying. The third floor has a bedroom and bathroom that is very spacious and beautiful. The place was extremely clean, beds were comfortable. I am a germophobe and felt comfortable enough to cook here, which I rarely do. Furniture seems brand new and well taken care of. There is a driveway with parking for two cars. Matthew responded in a timely manner to my questions. It was a very nice and comfortable stay!

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

The place is top notch. It's at the top of a hill and you can clearly see the ocean. Rick was there to greet me and give me a quick tour. The house itself has pretty anything and everything from extra towels to condiments like ketchup and mayo to half a dozen different coffee types. The house is pretty clean and bright as most walls are actually giant windows. Outside there is a hot tub and a large plastic igloo style outside bedroom. Fantastic to spend the night in. One word of caution for out of towners... AT&T coverage in Malibu is abysmal. If that's your provider, put your map directions into your phone before you get there.
