A short walk and you have a fantastic view of Øystese, Hardangerfjorden and Folgefonna The apartment is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the city center with shops, museums and swimming opportunities on the great south beach. .

This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

There you can find most of the groceries, cinema, beach, some restaurants, hairdresser, etc. There are many nice mountain hikes to reach just outside the door. It's a small apartment, so if you are more than two, it can get a little cramped.
