Enjoy walks on our private 25 hectare seaside estate or just lay back on our large terrace enjoying stunning sea views and sunsets. It truly is a paradise for bird and nature lovers. The house is newly renovated (2020) and there is dining and sleeping facilities for up to 12 persons. Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

The house includes a sauna, hot tub, a shower with heated floors, WC, an open living room and sleeping area in the “attic”. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.
