Comfy queen sized bed, free WIFI, a TV (not 'smart'), study desk, kettle, tea / coffee, a little fridge and breakfast foods all await you. My street is fairly quiet and there are lots of trees and birds. Plenty of parking on the street. Self check in is easy if I'm not home to welcome you.
