Park undercover in a lock up garage and walk to the main amenities. It is an 800m stroll along the waterfront to the wharf and Paihia village with a large selection of restaurants and shops. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, soak up all day sun on the East or west facing decks, unobstructed ocean views both sides of the house, the sunrises and sunsets are incredible! Three good sized bedrooms each with Queen size beds and luxury linen, cupboards and beside tables. Marina, boat ramp and lovely bays and beaches all within a short drive or walk of the property. Private and cosy with these amazing views you will not want to leave!

Kukupa Cottage

Kukupa cottage is a three year old cottage on the top of a hill overlooking Kowharewa bay. It is on a piece of lovely land that has another house next door but is very private. It is lovely and warm with everything you need for a winter getaway. In the summer it gets all day sun that needs to be blocked but there are blinds along the front which you may need some of the time. There is a lovely wooden deck at the front also, with a roll out awning.

FishMore Cottage

This spacious, self standing and self contained one bedroom cottage is very privately located within our organic citrus orchard just 5km outside of Kerikeri town. It's double glazing, full insulation, mosquito screens and heat pump/aircon give it the perfect setting to relax or to explore the Bay of Islands. Our pool, friendly farm animals and luscious gardens and orchard make it a perfect place for children and adults alike.
