Old renovated barn, with a magnificent view of the massif of the Chartreuse summer and winter ! For lovers of the mountains and nature in general, we are in paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, skier.. 16 km from the Saint Pierre de Chartreuse ski resort, 15 km from Lake Aiguebelette. But also 1 hr 15 min from Lyon, 20 min from Chambery..

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

The House of Pierre

We renovated our grandfather's house as a family. We hope you'll enjoy your stay there. The house is ideally located between Lyon- Grenoble- Chambéry near the mountains, in the heart of the Dolphin countryside. (Lyon 30mn,Chambery25 mn, Grenoble 30mn) .The accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children). EUREXPO is within 30 minutes. Nearby (3mn) you will find all the shops you may need.

Clairière du Moulin, Aiguebelette

Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5ha green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear and warm waters of Lac d 'Aiguebelette. Around the lake you'll find restaurants, beaches, and an abundance of activities. Immediate access to several hiking trails. Winter activities are a 40-minute drive away. 17 people maximum (max of 14 adults + children) No parties.
