Villa de Lamartine – Lakefront

A true paradise on the shores of Lac de Paladru. Luxury, peace and pleasure await you! The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5ha green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear and warm waters of Lac d 'Aiguebelette. House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
