Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Palencia

The house is fantastic. As shown on the listing. Although hosts are in the next door home, the privacy is total. They are very kind and helpful, but also very discreet. You can't say anything about it. Highly recommended.

We were enjoying the house and the surroundings and the stay was great, a magnificent place to enjoy a few days with the family! With José Ángel, it was great from the first moment! The whole house was impeccable, as seen in the photos and we immediately made it our own!! If you are looking for a nice and quiet place with fresh summer... here it is!!!

It was a fantastic experience with the accommodation. Oscar was a very nice person, good communication, always attentive to everything and with respect to the accommodation, everything was fabulous, nothing negative.

We stayed with 2 children in Ruis Berghaus and loved it. The house offers enough space to romp or get out of the way. It has a well-equipped kitchen where even the most important food is available and 2 bathrooms each with toilet and bathtub or shower. The shutters darken fine. Only you have to be aware that there are some (large) spiders in the house, which may have been shaken during our visit to the season (spring). The spider roommates didn't bother us, but for some people this could be problematic. The floor is tiled everywhere, but without underfloor heating, so it's best to take slippers with you, otherwise cold feet threaten. There are some nice hikes directly from the house, as well as other (summit)hikes within just 5-15 minutes driving distance. We liked it very much in this mountain house and we can fully recommend it for a stay as a family or group of max. 8 people.

We were very comfortable, a very quiet village and a very nice area to visit. The place was faithful to the description and photos. Fernando was very attentive to our arrival, giving us directions and providing us with information about the area and places of interest.

Our third visit - a quiet but lovely village on the Camino Frances. Both the flats are comfortable and well equipped. The host family are really helpful.

The place is very cozy, clean, very well equipped and perfect for a weekend in nature with your friends. In addition, Mercedes was always very keen to answer any questions we could have and always willing to help us.

Everything Fantastic. The house had everything we needed. The key heating on winter days and very welcoming. Very close to the ski station in Alto Campoo. Very helpful gels at all times and helpful. Highly recommended.

Luis is an excellent and extremely friendly host. From the first moment, he makes you feel right at home. Thanks to his valuable recommendations and advice, I have seen much more than I had imagined. Also, since he has extensive knowledge of this area and other parts of the world, it has always been a great pleasure to chat with him. He is also a great dog friend, and my dog has enjoyed it very much during our stay. Arija and its surroundings are also highly recommended. It is a quiet village with spectacular beaches and a very authentic atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy. By car you can quickly reach numerous trails and waterfalls in the wonderful nature. Thank you so much Luis!

Great. It was a very pleasant experience. We spent some very relaxing days as a family. The house is small but cozy and is very close to Burgos and other charming villages. Elena is a great host. On the first day we arrived late and the pellet stove turned on… that's priceless!

Very good location to be able to move around Palencia walking everywhere. Very close to the cathedral, you walk to Calle Mayor, everything tourist is close by. Easy to park. In front of the house is the river with a whole walk and park. Very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. I went with my husband and my two children and we were at home, the beds were very comfortable and I had everything , as seen in the pictures. It's a charm. I recommend it!!
