Spacious apartment, very very well-equipped. We feel welcomed by the decorative touches and touches (small slippers await you at the entrance). The host is available to meet expectations. Very professional rental. Only small point to improve, the bedding of the king size bed, otherwise everything else is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Marta’s home! It was beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home! Marta was available and happy to answer any questions we had. She was proactive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. The area is gorgeous. Walkable and easy to explore. We hope to be able to come back one day!

I was there for the 2nd time and felt very comfortable again. I'll be back in July. That says it all! Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The available basic equipment in the kitchen with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and vinegar, coffee pods and water is really great. I didn't see this in many higher-priced apartments. Very accommodating. Thank you very much. If there was ever a question, it was helped right away. Thank you. Conclusion: A beautiful apartment with a fantastic terrace that is not visible. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Quinta da Lontra. The property is beautiful and the apartment was charming and comfortable. I traveled with my dog who also had a great time between the river and play time with the host's dogs. Access to the property might look tricky, but it's perfectly doable.

Spacious apartment, pretty, in a quiet residence, by the sea, with swimming pools, sauna, gym. the apartment is well equipped, clean , with a balcony with pool and sea view! in October it's very quiet. lots of things to see around ovar and 40 min from port. to improve: mattresses that lack comfort in our opinion (the one in the master suite is very uncomfortable ) , the bedding is very clean however like the rest of the apartment! had a great time with the family Thanks

The apartment is spacious and located in a prime area, just across from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions. Only two sets of bath towels were provided for two guests staying eight nights. An additional set of towels would have been helpful.

This place was amazing! modern, spacious and the most fabulous views! I wish it wasn't so cold and rainy while we were there so we could take advantage of the pool (it was not heated for us) and outdoor patio. It was lovely! Bathrooms were great (Husband loved the urinals!) only small detail is nowhere to put shampoo/soap except the floor. It was good to have full laundry (with dryer!). Kitchen was amazing and had everything you would need. Loved being in the Sitio part of Nazare. Easy walk to the funicular to go down into the town. Only down side: No emergency number. We lost power and internet one evening while making dinner and we never got a response from our messages to them. Thankfully, my fix-it husband was able to fix the issue eventually, but didn't even receive a note the day after. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Well worth the money.

This spacious home is within walking distance of the Nazare waves (visited in January), offering views from both the beach and the lighthouse. It's conveniently located for day trips to Lisbon and charming nearby towns. The home is in a quiet area, features scenic views, and includes most essentials for cooking. Note that the beds are quite firm, so consider bringing a sleeping pad if you prefer softer support. The host was friendly and provided helpful information about the area and the property.

The house what very clean and had all the amenities needed to make it a top vacation. Upon arrival there was an information brochure ready with things we could do in the area which was very helpful. Within walking distance of the sea and in a non touristy area it was ideal to de-connect. Also the communication with the host was very smooth and he was always available for questions.

We were only in Aveiro/Gafanha da Nazaré area for 2 days, but the apartment was a great place to stay. I can see it being incredible in better weather - the outdoor area was well outfitted. Unfortunately the storms moving through meant we didn't sit outside because of the crazy wind. Otherwise it was nice, clean, and Carmen & Zita were very helpful and responsive. Thanks!

Took Christine's property as our base from which to attend a wedding and explore near by Aveiro and further. Five kids and adults where in our party who absolutely loved the large heated pool. Highly recommend and I would happily return. Love from Greg and the family. Obrigado!

Amazing bequeathed me and my family went by a few days and as soon as we arrived we felt cared for and the spectacular place clean and located in a quiet area breathtaking views will definitely repeat ❤️🤌

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment! It's in a quiet location (at least in May) and a short walk to the beach. Three other beautiful beaches were within a short drive and pretty much empty! The Airbnb is on the top floor, so you need to bring luggage up flights of outdoor stairs. They showed us around the place with a good sense of humor, and gave us a plentiful welcome basket. The larger bedroom has a walk-in shower that is tiny and somewhat difficult to use. The other shower is European-style, in a tub with a half-door of glass, so it's easy to make a bit of a mess. Carlos/Analia were wonderfully responsive to our requests -- dropping off a hairdryer, extra towels and beach umbrella -- and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Their own restaurant, Perturbar, has extremely generous servings and is utterly delightful! The washing machine was broken, but they offered to take our wash to a laundry. A lot of thought and creativity has been poured into this apartment!

This is a spacious, light, extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean duplex with lovely views of the sea from 2 of the terraces, and morning sun on the other terrace which overlooks the street. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Nerieda was very fluid, and check-in and out were very easy, in fact she was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived. Definitely recommended.

The apartment is very well located and equipped. It has more amenities than stated in the listing, such as wifi, hot water, hairdryer, and very full kitchenware. Easy to park near the apartment. The deal with Marilia was very nice and very fluid.

Great place, amazing location. Pedro was a great communicator and the maintenance lady was wonderful and kind as well. Highly recommend this place - lots to do around town!

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.

Great location, quiet and peaceful area. Correct bedding. The most being sea view from the living room as on the terrace. The furniture on the terrace deserves to be renewed but overall we were very good for a family stay! We'll be happy to go back!

We had an amazing stay. Beatriz met us at the apartment and was very helpful providing us with tips of restaurants and the local bakery (Barra 99 - delicious bread, coffee, desserts and really cheap). The beach is a 2-3 minute walk. I’d recommend taking a windbreak. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach and in town. Local supermarket had everything we needed. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Would highly recommend and may book again! Thank you 😀
