Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

Our main objective is to make them rest and revolutionize the concept of accommodation on the beach and discover one of the most beautiful beach regions of the coast of Santa Catarina: Ponta do Parrot Beach. Only 50km from Florianópolis, access is easy for those who want to take advantage of the capital, but without giving up peace and quiet. Access to the sea is guaranteed, leave the car in the garage, you will be 150 meters from the sea.

My space is a piece of paradise, facing the sea and within the Atlantic Forest. The Pedras Altas naturist area and the Pedras Altas Beach restaurant are 200 meters away. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
