We spend great time in Fanny house. Everything is beautiful and house is clean and very well equipped. The yard is a big and beautiful. We definitely come back!

I am extremely impressed with everything about the house. A lot of attention and precision has been put into every detail. It is located in the quiet part of the city but at the same time close to various restaurants and beaches. The host was extremely responsive from the first day to the last to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. The house has all the amenities! I fell in love with the garden part. An extremely cozy home and highly recommended if you decide to stay in this region of Chalkidiki.

Communication with Ioannis both in advance and during the stay was always great. The apartment looks like the pictures, but in the bathroom there is no longer a shower curtain, but a shower cubicle and a newer floor - so better. Washing machine available. In the kitchen there is also everything. The apartment was totally clean, the balcony doors are a bit stiff. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, we loved just looking at the sea. The beach and the sea in front of the apartment are great. The apartment complex has an outdoor shower - great! The complex is very well maintained. For us, the mattress was a little too hard. We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience and would book it again.
