Great house to rest and enjoy the beach with the family. Great structure, location and neighborhood. Flawless organization/communication from start to finish with owner Rafael. All well explained, oriented; leaving us with great security to spend, quietly, these days in the house. It had never rented a place with such organization and tranquility.

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

In person, the space is much larger than in the photos, comfortably accommodating the number of guests informed. It is in front of the sea, providing a beautiful view during the day, and at night, the sound of the waves makes everything even more relaxing. Dirce is a great host, always willing to help and quickly answers any questions that arise, both before and during the stay. The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute. Overall, it's a perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace of mind. We will definitely return.

The only problem is that the map address shown on Airbnb was close to R. Rio Jacuí with Av. Beira Mar, and the site was 12km ahead, in Queen of the Sea.

We loved the stay, everything as described and clean. Excellent condominium for those who want comfort and tranquility, especially with children. Several amenities such as the beach are just across the dunes, heated pool, indoor market, food truck on the weekend, among others. Perfect House! Me and my family felt at home, the stay was great! Just one block of the sea, a very quiet place, and well located. The house is cozy, very airy, comfortable beds, the sofa then everyone loved it. The atmosphere with barbecue is great, with a pool table for fun. Alexandra and Maicon are two very kind, warm and friendly people who were always available and attentive to solve any need that arose. The house was fully equipped with touches in every corner, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and in each bathroom there was a special liquid soap. The experience was very pleasant for everyone, the house is located close to a very nice and quiet spa. The center is not far away and you can go anywhere by Uber. In short, a great place to spend beautiful moments :)
