From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Your large apartment (60 m²) is located on the northeastern outskirts of Berlin, in the middle of the Barnimer Feldmark, only 20 minutes to Berlin-Gesunbrunnen from Buch S-Bahn station. In addition to the bedroom, the cozy apartment has a sofa bed with a mattress width of 100 cm in the large living room.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

This lovingly furnished apartment is located in a 2-story building with a Greek restaurant downstairs in the house. It is close to the S-Zepernick (30 minutes to Friedrichstr.) There is a parking space available and several bus lines run in front of the door. Bernau Heart Center: Car: 10 min. Bus: 30 min. Buch Clinic: Car: 7 min. Bus: 22 min. S-Zepernick: By car: 3 minutes (free parking near the train station to travel by train to Berlin) Bus: 4 min.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Private tiny house (35 sqm + terrace) in a garden – right in Berlin-Weißensee. Very quiet yet central: about 20 min to Alexanderplatz, 10 min to the S-Bahn ring. Fully equipped, solid building (not a mobile tiny house), with private entrance and heating. Hosts nearby if needed. High-quality breakfast included. Children stay free. No parties, no film or photo shoots.
