Take in a Ole Miss game or check out Beale St. We are within walking distance of Main Street in Como where you can find great restaurants and antiques. Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Rhinehart Estates

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Rhinehart Estates is located 26 miles from Oxford and 5 minutes from Sardis lake. It is located on 3 acres with a pond filled with bass, crappie, catfish and brim. It has a cooking shed out back with a place to watch tv, throw darts and a fire pit. It also has a shed out back where you could back a boat under. The house has a king, queen, full and 4 bunk beds. The master bath has a big tub along with a shower.

Como Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 15 acres getaway. Sit back and relax on the porch as you feel a slight breeze while enjoying the peacefulness of oak tree leaves singing in the wind. The birds are chirping and they seem to be singing your favorite tune. A leaf is dancing freely in the wind. Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
