Small tastefully decorated and functional apartment, 37m2, 1 parent bedroom, 1 child bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. It has a good parental mattress and gas for cooking. Be careful, there is no television! The kitchen worktop is not yet completed but all the equipment is available (dishwasher, washing machine and gas stove). The metro (Pantin church) is 3 minutes away on foot, the canal is one street away and the Parc de la Villette is 2 metro stations away.

Accessible by metro line 11 or tram line 3b, peaceful studio on the outskirts of Paris. This is the studio I live in. I trust that guests will use consumables (food, laundry, etc.) reasonably. Adding air mattress on request for a 3rd person. Possible to discuss the arrival time. The studio is in a fairly old apartment and has slight defects. The hob works but makes noise. The bed is a futon. No wifi.

Located in a condominium of friends, associated with a theater under construction; you can also enjoy a very sunny common terrace on the roof of this theater. And there's a brand new sofa bed!!
