Unsere Einliegerwohnung liegt inmitten eines wunderschönen Dorfes und direkt vor den Toren Rostocks. Ob fußläufig in 5 Minuten am Badesee oder mit dem Auto in ca. 15-20 Minuten an der Ostsee in Warnemünde, bei uns steht Erholung und Entspannung im Zentrum. Unsere Einliegerwohung ist Bestandteil unseres Hauses und wir sind eine Familie mit zwei 6-jährigen Jungs. Es ist also wahrscheinlich nicht mucksmäuschenstill, aber dafür Idylle pur. P.S. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind bei uns inklusive!

The University of Music and Theater 8 min. The approximately 115sqm maisonette apartment can be reached via 2 flights of stairs.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Our favorite apartment No. 10 in the northern old town of Rostock offers you everything you need for a perfect stay. It scores with the perfect city location, offers you two full bedrooms, a nice kitchen, a great living room with dining area and a new bathroom with shower. The highlight is certainly the spacious terrace. The Wi-Fi is great!
