The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Access to the garden, with terrace and the possibility to borrow a barbecue. There is the possibility of extra bedding, for a surcharge of DKK 200 per night, as well as the possibility of borrowing a weekend bed and a trip trap chair. Bedding and towels included in the price. Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400 meters from the square, and 600 meters from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland. On our road, the bus runs to Rønne / Airport

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linens, towels, etc. are not included in the stay, but can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

This vacation home is located on a quiet, blind road in Østermarie, not far from Svaneke and Gudhjem. The house is originally a year-round house with district heating. The entire interior of the home is bright and very well appointed. The kitchen is suitable for both cooking and conversation, and the living room on the 1st floor invites you to enjoy and relax. There are three good bedrooms and separate bathrooms and toilets. Pets are not allowed. It is 3600 m to the sea. The nearest store is located at a distance of 150 m.

Balkahytten is located 150 meters from Bornholm's finest beach: Balka Strand with the most beautiful morning sun. Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

Aarsdale: Unique annex 100 meters from the sea

Super hyggeligt, lille selvstændigt annex med adgang til skøn gårdhave i Årsdale - et lille fiskerleje 3,5 km syd for Svaneke. 25 kvm ugeneret bolig indrettet med loppefund. Annexet har både eget køkken og bad. Det ligger blot 100 meter fra havet, havnen, klipperne, en lille strand, røgeri og Mikkellers cafe. Vandrestier til Svaneke og Nexø lige fra huset. New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Holiday apartment close to the harbor and center in Svaneke

Apartment in the heart of Svaneke. The sea, the harbor (with bathing facilities), the square, the restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bedroom with two beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker and electric kettle. Please note that there is no stove and hood. But there are good restaurants and take-aways nearby. The rent includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and internet.

Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret  køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og to hylder i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.
