The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Access to the garden, with terrace and the possibility to borrow a barbecue. There is the possibility of extra bedding, for a surcharge of DKK 200 per night, as well as the possibility of borrowing a weekend bed and a trip trap chair. Bedding and towels included in the price. Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400 meters from the square, and 600 meters from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland. On our road, the bus runs to Rønne / Airport

Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linens, towels, etc. are not included in the stay, but can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Annexet har både eget køkken og bad. Det ligger blot 100 meter fra havet, havnen, klipperne, en lille strand, røgeri og Mikkellers cafe. Vandrestier til Svaneke og Nexø lige fra huset. The blacksmith's residence is 125 sqm. and contains an entrance, living room with 2 beds, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a newer carpenter's kitchen as well as a renovated bathroom and toilet. The home has high ceilings and beautiful beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and in continuation of this is the park. The living rooms have lake and sea views and in front of access to a beautiful flower garden.
