•La Casa Azul• Γνωστό ως το μπλε σπίτι του Αρκουδίου Ηλείας. Παρέχει ανυπέρβλητη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Ιονίου Πελάγους. Απέχει μόλις ένα βήμα από την θάλασσα. Το σπίτι ξεχωρίζει για το μπλε βαθύ χρώμα του και την μοναδική του θέα προς το βράχο του Αρκουδίου, την ονομαζόμενη "Πέτρα του Κοκκώνη" {Kokkoni's Rock} και ταυτόχρονα στο ρομαντικό ηλιοβασίλεμα του Αρκουδίου. The windows offer panoramic views of the landscapes and mountains, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sounds of birds chirping and leaves rustling in the breeze. The house is simple, but yet inviting with a cozy living area and all the supplies you need for a comfortable stay.

NIKOLAS HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A TRADITIONAL AND HOSPITALOUS VILLAGE, ANCIENT PISSA. WITH A HUGE HISTORY AS THERE WAS THE KINGDOM OF OENOMAO. OUR ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF A HUGE DOUBLE BEDROOM WHERE THE BARRELS WERE PLACED. THIS CONTAINS A LARGE DOUBLE BED AND TWO SINGLE BEDS. A BRAND NEW AND MODERN BATHROOM, A LIVING ROOM WITH A CORNER SOFA AND A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH ITS DINING AREA.
